The project consists of the design and erection of Government Furnished Re-Locatable Building (RLB) container modules for 1100 personnel and related support facilities at Qalat, Afghanistan. The scope of work is to assemble the RLB modules, setup RLB modules, construct buildings, concrete foundations, parking, concrete walkways, utilities and other infrastructure for the RLB Housing project.
