CAS Apron Expansion project consists of the design and construction of an apron currently designed for approximately 32 fighter aircraft by a paved aircraft apron with shoulders, to provide space for 46 fighter aircraft with space for an additional 4 aircraft on the taxiway.

Construction of 25,500 m2 concrete area including a landing zone, two helicopter parking aprons and a taxiway connecting the landing zone to aprons and a helicopter maintenance hangar with a height of 13.5m and an area of 3,950 m2.

77 Construction is operating a fully-functional Asphalt Batch Plant in Camp Speicher (Tikrit/Iraq) capable of producing Hot Mix Asphalt Airfield Pavements and Hot Mix Asphalt Road Pavements, and having associated Support Equipment for purposes of laying road and runway asphalt to various locations in Camp Speicher.

This project includes demolition, removal, and replacement of deteriorated concrete pavement and joint seal material for eight separate airfield features. The airfield markings that were removed with the demolished pavement are also be repainted. The runway repair project includes removal of the rubber deposits in the landing/touchdown zones and restriping of the touchdown areas. Totally 27.000 m3 concrete to be removed and replaced in this project.
