Precast prestressed or post tension girders with different lengths from 8 m long to 40 m long designed and manufactured according to the latest specifications, with a huge production capacity and assembling by the launching girder.
Manufacture and install different sizes of security barrier (concrete walls and columns) for large scale projects and for Government Offices and installations.
Manufacture and install different types of Blast walls (New Jersey Barrier, Texas Barrier, Alaska T-Wall, e.t.c….) from 1 m height to 6 m height.
Manufacturing different kinds of security towers, circular shape concrete walls (20 cm thickness) with different heights (4m, 6m, and 8m).
Production of concrete electrical poles (for High Tension and Low Tension) and illumination poles for electrical power projects from 6m length up to 28 m long using centrifugal force system.
Manufacturing of hollow Concrete Masonry Unites (CMU) according to the American standards, sidewalk tiles and curbstones strips, using modern machinery and techniques run by local and foreign expert crew.
Production of different sizes of precast concrete frames, and tilt-up walls for warehouses and spaces, including foundations, columns, and beams.
Manufacturing of culverts, and manholes in different sizes and shapes for big and small projects.
77 Construction Contracting and Trading Company has a great experience in freshly ready mix concrete (RMC). It owns 36 Ready mix concrete plants throughout Iraq using the best standards and modern equipment. It has many concrete mixer trucks, crushers and concrete pumps (on trucks and fixed) capable of reaching 52m.
The company owns many crushers and quarries for crushed stone production; all products are tested in the lab for quality control.
We also own many plants for aggregate production and have stockpiles of sand and gravel. We also have a facility to store 5000 tones of different types of cement.
77 Construction Contracting and Trading Company has 3 piling machines for different pile diameters from (60 cm) to (150 cm) for use in a variety of projects.
We have 2 asphalt plants, 1 wet mix plant, pavement equipments, earthworks equipments, 1 tower crane.
